We are on a quest to turn customers into fans. We accomplish this by taking genuine ownership of every project and make decisions on behalf of our customers as is their business was ours.
When a campaign needs to be run, a production put in stream, or a conference produced to inspire people to action, we want our team to be first-of-mind to our customers at the outset of their vision.
Our team opened its first business in 1988 specializing in digital pre-press which was a groundbreaking service at the time. This evolved into database management for EDDM services which evolved into CRM. In 2011, we sold our Microsoft CRM business and in 2013 took all of this acquired experience and went full-fledge creative with Southam Creative, LLC. in 2021, Southam Creative changed its name to Digital Face Media and here we are, ready to help our customer achieve their goals.
We have found that the life of a business mimics the life of person. When you're young, it's all about making a splash an a lot of money. As we age together, we learn that splash has its place and money is not the end game. Once you've reached a modicum of success, the work itself and the people we're sharing the journey with are much more important. Showing up in the morning is pretty easy when you're on a team that shares these values.
